Daily Schedule

A 16:8 intermittent fast means you fast for 16 hours and eat all your meals within an 8-hour window.     For example, you might eat between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, then fast from 8:00 PM until 12:00 PM the next day. During the fasting period, you’d avoid food but can have water and matcha tea to stay hydrated.
